Privacy policy

This page is published by CeleBrat Ventures, trading as Cele-Brat Premium Weddings (“we”, “us”), Ajmer, Rajasthan, India.

What we collect

When you ask for a price, book or use your wedding page we collect: your name and the names on the Agreement; phone number and email; wedding dates, events, venues and city; the choices you make on our forms; messages you send us on WhatsApp, email or your wedding page, including calls you make to our WhatsApp number (which may be transcribed); details you add for the day (timeline, key contacts, venue notes); and a record of payments.

We do not collect or store card numbers, UPI PINs or net-banking passwords. Online payments are handled by Razorpay on its own secure pages.

How we use it

To prepare your offer and Agreement, plan and cover your events, deliver your photos and films, take and record payments, send you receipts and reminders, answer your questions, and keep the records the law requires.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us do this, and only what each needs: Razorpay (payments); Meta (WhatsApp messages and calls); Brevo (email); Google (sign-in with Google, and secure backups); an AI service that helps our assistant reply to messages; and our own crew, who see only what they need for the job — never your payments. We do not sell your information or use it for anyone else's advertising.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you signed in. If you allow notifications, your browser gives us an address to send them to; you can switch them off at any time.

Your photos

Your photos and films are shared with you through private links. As set out in our Agreement, we keep the copyright and may use selected images to show our work.

How long we keep it

For as long as your booking needs it, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by writing to info@cele-brat.com. We will reply within 30 days. Some records — such as payments and the signed Agreement — must be kept by law.
